Control Panel Updates

All of our existing Admin Suite users now have the updated Plesk 9 control panel. Below you find some basic information regarding your new control panel. There is also a link below that will take you to additional documentation if needed.

Accessing your Control Panel
Logging in to your updated control panel is just as easy as before, simply go to your Customer Manager and select the hosting plan that you would like to login to from the My Products page.

If you prefer to login to your control panel directly through your domain, you will notice that the updated control panel will use your domain name to login in place of your hosting username.

Email
Along with the control panel update, we have also updated our web based email client. If you use webmail, you will notice that we are now offering Horde webmail. All of your contacts from your old address book and email from all of your folders have been imported into the new web based email system.

Site Statistics
The last 2 months of the old statistics have been imported into the updated control panel. You can view previous statistics by clicking on the “Old Web Stats” icon on the Home page in the control panel. To view the updated statistics program, simply login to your control panel and click on “Home” and then “Web Statistics”.

FTP/File Manager
Your web site files have been imported into the httpdocs/ directory, which is the web root for the updated control panel. The new File Manager will look different but works very similar to the previous File Manager. To access the File Manager you will login to the control panel, click on Home and then the “File Manager” icon. Again all web site files will go into the httpdocs/ directory.

Important Note: You may notice the domain-www and www directories still listed on your account, however these are simply links to the httpdocs/ directory.
